Beef Shank (Osso Bucco)

Beef Shank is a lean cut of meat that is often used in soups, stews and braised style dishes. Although many people call the cut Osso Bucco, that is actually the name of the dish it is commonly used in!
 
All of our beef animals are born and raised right here on our family farm. We take pride in the love and care our animals recieve while they are in our care. All of our beef is dry aged to perfection in order to minimize shrinkage and maximize flavour! We are proud to provide local, premium, quality beef.
