Blade (Chuck) Roast

These roasts are beautifully marbled and a favourite for creating "Poor Man" Beef Burnt Ends or pulled beef. When cooked low and slow Blade roasts are full of flavour and juicy goodness.
 
All of our beef animals are born and raised right here on our family farm. We take pride in the love and care our animals recieve while they are in our care. All of our beef is dry aged to perfection in order to minimize shrinkage and maximize flavour! We are proud to provide local, premium, quality beef.
