A Denver steak, also known as a boneless short rib, is a lesser know steak but super delicious. It is beautifully marbled and oh so tender. It is similar to a ribeye in flavour with New York steak qualities.
All of our beef animals are born and raised right here on our family farm. We take pride in the love and care our animals recieve while they are in our care. All of our beef is dry aged to perfection in order to minimize shrinkage and maximize flavour! We are proud to provide local, premium, quality beef.
