Flank Steak, also called a skirt steak is fantastic for marinating. When cut thinly and against the grain this steak is a tasty addition to any meal.
 
All of our beef animals are born and raised right here on our family farm. We take pride in the love and care our animals recieve while they are in our care. All of our beef is dry aged to perfection in order to minimize shrinkage and maximize flavour! We are proud to provide local, premium, quality beef.
