Maui Short Ribs

These short ribs are cut thinly and often marinated before a quick grilling. A much quicker cook time than traditional short ribs and just as yummy. 
 
All of our beef animals are born and raised right here on our family farm. We take pride in the love and care our animals recieve while they are in our care. All of our beef is dry aged to perfection in order to minimize shrinkage and maximize flavour! We are proud to provide local, premium, quality beef.
