X-Rib Steaks

With a flavour similar to a rib eye but not quite as tender these steaks are a great option for marinading. These steaks are great to cook low and slow in the oven, on the stove top or smoker. 
 
All of our beef animals are born and raised right here on our family farm. We take pride in the love and care our animals recieve while they are in our care. All of our beef is dry aged to perfection in order to minimize shrinkage and maximize flavour! We are proud to provide local, premium, quality beef.
